Shipping Fee

All orders are shipped with a fixed shipping fee of $5 USD per order.

Shipping Responsibility

Once an order leaves our warehouse, the shipping carrier (such as UPS, postal services, or other logistics providers) becomes responsible for the delivery of the package.

All shipments are insured for the full purchase value of the order.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

Order Cancellation

Customers may request to cancel an order within 48 hours after placing the order. After this time, the order may already be processed or prepared for shipment and cancellation may no longer be possible.
